Retail Operations Manager

Join Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa as a Retail Operations Manager and drive business results by defining the retail optimized network and sales follow-up by channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure targets by channel are reached
- Give support to the Customer Activation Manager and Channel and Acquisition Manager with the analysis of the different KPIs related to Sales and Service per channel
- Detect areas of improvement and coordinate with Insights. Propose and ensure Actions Plans to revert negative trends
- Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and boutique network's optimization
- Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutiques by leveraging commercial, customer, and geomarketing insights
- Develop business cases for new boutiques or existing boutiques to enable omnichannel business growth. Follow Up of the P&L defined in the Boutique Requests
- Support B2C Commercial Manager in the Retail Development and Optimization Plan in Spain. Assess Refurbishment plan and BTQ network optimization (openings, closings, downsizings, relocations...) to best adapt to strategy
- Retail Management
- Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the sales evolution and define and drive the right initiatives to achieve business results
- Translate company decisions into relevant actions for Retail channel

Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
- At least 3 Years Experience in Marketing Retail Operations
- Cross-management team experience
- Negotiation skills
- Proactive behavior, rigor, reliability, and enthusiasm
- Interpersonal/communication skills
- Business English. Other European language will be an asset
- Pragmatic, analytical knowledge
- Capacity to work in a multitasking environment
- Flexibility to travel
