Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Freightos (Tradeos, Ltd), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling our innovative air freight solutions to logistics providers and carriers. With a strong focus on customer engagement and relationship-building, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, upselling existing customers, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve incremental eBookings and PO values
  • Manage customer relationships and churn, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Activate new customers, protect existing business, and expand revenues among existing customers
  • Utilize digital, phone, and in-person meetings to showcase our products and services
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential leads, leveraging business development work and outreach tools

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and a high level of English
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management and sales
  • Proven ability to sell on the phone, in virtual or in-person meetings
  • High drive to meet KPIs
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
