Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance: Verify that all TGA listings and FPS documents are accurate and up-to-date; Ensure that all quality control processes are in place and functioning correctly.
  2. Compliance Administration: Manage and maintain compliance with TGA, FDA, and EU regulations; Review and implement advised changes to website and artwork content.
  3. Artwork Administration: Review and approve label and box information; Create and integrate new packaging solutions with manufacturers.
  4. Miscellaneous: Assist with launch information pack finalization; Utilize researcher and claims package breakdown; Source ingredients as needed.

  2. Experience in project management and regulatory compliance.
