Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Verify that all TGA listings and FPS documents are accurate and up-to-date; Ensure that all quality control processes are in place and functioning correctly; Coordinate and maintain 3rd party testing processes and results.
- Compliance Administration: Manage TGA, FDA, and EU compliance work; Review and implement advised changes to website and artwork; Organize and file related documentation.
- Artwork Administration: Review and approve label and box information; Create artwork following approved text; Integrate or update new packaging solutions with manufacturers.
- Miscellaneous: Finalize launch information packs for new products; Utilize researcher and claims package/breakdown; Source ingredients as needed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Experience in project management is essential.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly related to supply chain operations, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
