Supply Chain Management Director

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Leader to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management department, you will be responsible for leading activities related to legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement SCM Compliance processes, performance metrics, and operating frameworks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda.
- Develop and implement process documentation for SCM Compliance risk assessment activities and legal reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills in speech and writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Accurate, analytical, and process-driven work style.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion for learning.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects.
- Performance and management reporting experience.
- Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
