We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to become part of our LCS Module within the Technology division. You will play a crucial role in a team focused on developing innovative technologies, serving as the primary contact for fleet performance initiatives, and designing the next generation of wind turbines. You will hold full accountability for all deliverables within the LCS disciplines, including Loads, Control, CMS & Protection Systems, Sensors and Actuators, and Noise, with support from technical experts in your project team. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned project managers in the LCS Module Management department.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Ensuring all LCS module project deliverables align with SGRE processes, excluding Turbine Software
  • Leading the LCS project team and serving as the main liaison between the Turbine Platform organization and the module
  • Planning resources and coordinating with LCS Management
  • Reporting project status and risks to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitating technical cross-functional coordination within LCS and across modules

A strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • An engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferably a background in wind turbine design, particularly in LCS disciplines, though not mandatory
  • The ability to coordinate technology projects within a multinational matrix organization
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach to teamwork
