We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Strategist to join our B2B Growth Chapter. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of our B2B business by crafting compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience across key geographies.
The Role
- Identify and Prioritize Target Segments: Collaborate with our Data and SDR/Sales/Account Management teams to iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize target segments and geographies.
- Craft Compelling Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments.
- Create Sales Enablement Content: Produce high-quality sales enablement content, including pitch decks, materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies, battlecards, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, scripts, and more.
- Optimize Conversion Metrics: Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion metrics at every stage of the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal signing.
- Analyze and Iterate: Capture insights on why leads are not converting and leverage this information to refine ICP definitions and Proof of Concept (POC) strategies.
- Stay Competitive: Keep abreast of developments in the language learning industry and B2B SaaS best practices to ensure Preply remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Requirements
- A proven track record of 5+ years of SaaS Product Marketing and Sales Enablement experience, preferably in series B/C companies.
- Excellent Writing and Presentation Skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Possession of a passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Curiosity about Education and Language Learning/Teaching.
