About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Visiting Associate in Spain. As a Visiting Associate, you will play a key role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation.
  • Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.

Requirements

  • Currently involved in a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree and availability to carry out a full-time internship throughout the year (2-6 months).
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
  • EU Work Permit.
