Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage AutoStore After Sales Projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Project Management: Manage AutoStore After Sales Projects from sales to realization, ensuring smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities and providing consultative support.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate staff, external, and internal resources to ensure project progress and timely delivery.
- Financial Performance: Drive financial improvement during the realization phase and optimize project costs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance overall project approach and outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional Experience: Business administration or technical degree in engineering or a similar field.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills and proficiency in a local European language, along with MS Office.
- Leadership Skills: Motivated to work in a startup environment, entrepreneurial thinking, self-driven, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
