Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the operations of NYU Madrid, including finance, human resources, facilities, and student life.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the goals of the site.
- Collaborate with the Site Director and other senior leaders to ensure the success of the site.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with NYU policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of staff, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that new employees are properly trained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and that any necessary repairs or upgrades are completed.
- Develop and implement plans to improve the student experience, including academic and co-curricular programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
