About the Role:

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial asset operations for our Iberian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor daily performance of assets, track KPIs, and optimize solar assets to maximize returns.
  • Review maintenance plans and ensure compliance to implement improvements.
  • Oversight of response to non-routine operational issues to minimize risk and loss.
  • Manage revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results of assigned portfolio.
  • Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including solar, wind, and energy storage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting risk analyses and preparing financial KPI reports.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and communicating with external parties, including insurance companies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent language skills in spoken and written English.
