Workplace Experience Team Manager

At Travelperk, we're looking for a skilled Workplace Experience Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of our BCN HQ building. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained at high standards and delivering exceptional service to our employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the BCN HQ building, including maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
  • Environmental Governance: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability and environmental performance of our hub portfolio.
  • Security Management: Develop and implement global security strategies and policies to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and visitors.
  • Team Management: Lead a Workplace Coordinator and a Receptionist to provide a 7-star experience.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with reliable vendors.
  • Technical Service Coordination: Collaborate with our TechOps team to plan and support the implementation of technical services in our building.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities and physical security budgets.
  • Safety & Compliance: Work with Health & Safety to ensure the facility and services adhere to safety standards and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with Senior Leadership to understand their priorities and partner on key objectives.
