**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Team Manager to join our team at Travelperk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our headquarters building, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the building, including maintenance, cleaning, and other services. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the facilities are maintained at high standards.
  • Environmental Governance: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability and environmental performance of our hub portfolio, including energy management efforts, waste reduction programs, and sustainable practices.
  • Security Management: Develop and implement global security strategies and policies to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and visitors. Oversee the security service and the correct operation of all security systems.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of Workplace Coordinators and Receptionists to provide a 7-star experience to our employees.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with reliable vendors to ensure on-time and to specification delivery of projects and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Technical Service Coordination: Collaborate with our TechOps team to plan and support the implementation of technical services in our building.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities and physical security budgets, including operating costs and capital expenditures.
  • Safety & Compliance: Work with Health & Safety to ensure the facility and services adhere to safety standards and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with Senior Leadership to understand their priorities, partner on key objectives, and keep them up to date on the progress of projects.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of environmental governance and sustainability practices.
  • Experience with security management and vendor management.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
