Job Description
We are seeking a talented FP&A Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by providing actionable insights and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to plan, measure, and forecast business performance
- Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast, and variance process
- Support marketing operations by analyzing marketing activities, challenging cost per activity, ROI, and marketing metrics
- Produce KPI reporting and root cause analysis of trends in KPIs
- Maintain and update financial planning software (Adaptive Planning)
- Communicate financial results to internal and external stakeholders through monthly financial decks
- Support department budgets, headcount planning, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A experience or Marketing Controller experience in a SaaS or Tech company in an international environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, business, or other related fields
- Experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Planning) and Netsuite
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Outstanding Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
