Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the financial planning and analysis processes for our Southern Europe region. The successful candidate will work closely with the management control manager and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the management control manager to develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget variances and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decisions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the management control manager and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other financial tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
