Hotel Overview

Jumeirah Mallorca is located in a cliff overlooking the fishing town of Port Soller, surrounded by pine forests and offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Tramuntana mountain range. The hotel features 121 spacious guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, four bars, two swimming pools, and a Talise Spa.

The Role: Luxury F&B Marketing Specialist

An opportunity has arisen for a F&B Marketing Coordinator position to join our Marketing Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating print and online collateral development for all F&B outlets, leading social media efforts, and delivering digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate print and online collateral development for all F&B outlets to elevated OSE and brand standards
  • Lead all social media relating to F&B, including Sunset Lounge, Es Fanals accounts, and Hotel account
  • Be the Media coordinator for all F&B specific coverage, working with agencies and coordinating visits
  • Delve into digital F&B marketing campaigns, including creative for SEM and Meta
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and marketing. Key requirements include:

  • Higher education in marketing or hospitality related discipline (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and English/Spanish languages
