We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Payroll Executive to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. This role will oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, engagement, colleague wellbeing, and offboarding.

This position will also supervise and coordinate with external labor advisory agencies to ensure accurate payroll processing. Key responsibilities include reviewing salary calculations, tax withholdings, social security deductions, and other payroll components before final validation.

A successful candidate will handle confidential matters, maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies, prepare regular reports on HR metrics, and collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning.

We seek candidates with a university degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of local legal compliance requirements, Spanish Law, and knowledge of the Payroll cycle is essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
