Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Validation and booking of invoices and payments to suppliers.
- Reconciliation and registration of intercompany transactions related to suppliers.
- Maintenance of supporting documentation for air supplier operations.
- Forecasting and control of weekly payments.
- Reviews and internal controls for taxes and accounting closures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and validation.
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting role.
- Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Plan General Contable Español.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
