As a Digital Banking Visionary at Western Union, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team in the Digital Banking sector. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation in the financial services industry.

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Technical Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our technology meets the evolving needs of our customers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and user-friendly digital banking experiences. Your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction, drive digital adoption, and maintain a competitive edge in the market through innovative technology solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical team, providing direction, mentorship, and support. You will also oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital banking platforms and applications.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per year, based on your location and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 4+ years of experience in building business-critical products and launching them on the market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven leadership skills, and the ability to communicate updates concisely to leaders at all levels are also essential.
