Job Title: Consumer Market Leader

At Pelican, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Market Leader to drive our sales growth in the EMEAI region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth in the omnichannel consumer markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an omnichannel sales strategy to drive sales growth in the consumer space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the relevant channels, including distributors and retailers.
  • Identify and develop heritage products that can be phased into collections to augment the value of the dedicated consumer portfolio.
  • Work closely with the EMEAI D2C manager to develop a compelling online sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams worldwide to increase brand presence, market share, and sales growth across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain coherent price structures to reflect the product positioning in different markets.
  • Act as the voice of EMEAI vis-a-vis the global product team to drive visibility on upcoming market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Suitable university degree.
  • Previous sales experience with relevant Consumer channels (7 to 10 years).
  • Territory or Channel Management Experience with demonstrated consecutive year-on-year sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective sales strategy.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, Salesforce, and Presentation Software.
