About the Role: Commercial & Marketing Finance Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis and Performance Management: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the commercial line, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to ensure company performance.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Business Partnership and Decision Support: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other business units to provide trusted advice on pricing, promotions, investments, customers, and more.
- Financial Modeling and Scenario Analysis: Assess the financial impact of different business initiatives, market dynamics, and make recommendations based on financial modeling.
- Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Present financial reports and dashboards to management teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships along the way.
- House in Order/Internal Controls: Ensure a robust control environment and compliance with external and internal requirements, including accounting standards and audits.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in related roles, with a focus on commercial finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and Excel.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
- Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
