About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Product Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AI-centric products, from conceptualization through to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Refine Product Vision: Define and refine the product vision and strategy for AI-based products, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to bring AI products from concept to launch.
  3. Identify Opportunities for Growth: Identify opportunities for new features or enhancements using AI technologies.
  4. Lead Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to define the data requirements and oversee the development of data models and algorithms.
  5. Measure and Analyze Product Performance: Measure and analyze product performance and user feedback to inform product iteration and improvements.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and incorporate these into the product roadmap where appropriate.
  7. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI products.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related highly analytical and quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.
  2. Technical Background: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning models, and data analysis.
  3. Product Management Tools and Methodologies: Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Awareness of AI Ethical Considerations: Familiarity with AI ethical considerations and compliance requirements.
