**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced Sportsbook Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sportsbook product to meet the strategic goals of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the sportsbook product roadmap to ensure alignment with company strategy
- Work closely with senior management and the Head of Product to ensure product development meets business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch
- Manage a team of Product Owners to drive forward the sportsbook product in the market
- Understand and break down product initiatives into requirements and Epics
- Ensure projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem-solving and trade-off analysis
- Work with the development team to monitor progress and ensure correct functionality
- Participate in software release demonstrations and collect feedback for future development
**Requirements**
- At least five years of experience in a sportsbook operator or B2B setting
- At least three years of experience in Product Management
- Leadership and/or management experience
- Fundamental understanding of the customer experience of using sports betting products
- Familiarity with regional differences of sports betting products
- Experience with both retail and online sports betting products is an advantage
- Attention to detail in product design
- Good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Good organizational and time management skills
