Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event Strategist to join our Events Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic event planning, sales, and customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute customized event strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information sharing, update event details, and coordinate logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to secure group bookings.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide expert guidance to clients on venue selection, catering, and other event details.
  • Maintain accurate records of events, including booking details, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in event management or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events, exceeding client expectations, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
