**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Groups & Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a strong ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure seamless execution of events.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination from initial contact to post-event follow-up* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and site inspections* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely delivery of services* Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and sales performance

**Requirements:**
A successful candidate must possess:
EU Citizenship
Relevant education and experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on the current job market and location, ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated for their skills and dedication.
