Customer Relationship Management
• Manages customer records and handles all customer requests and orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring effective and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Registers, administers, and updates customer information, contracts, requests, order data, complaints, and signals in relevant systems, providing timely and accurate insights into customer interactions and orders.
Customer Satisfaction
• Resolves customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Provides support to customers on common issues, questions, and complaints, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction. This includes recording problems or complaints, determining their nature and cause, and escalating complex issues.
• Monitors progress of delegated or escalated problems and keeps customers informed about the status of reporting and administrative consolidation.
Continuous Improvement
• Identifies bottlenecks in processes, procedures, and systems and contributes to their optimization and improvement.
Communication and Coordination
• Communicates with customers to resolve problems and complaints, explains options for alternative products, and informs managers about complex issues. Conducts correspondence and prepares reports as needed.
• May plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of the Customer Services team, taking into account applicable guidelines and procedures, to plan and realize day-to-day activities and optimal work distribution within the team.
