Drive Customer Success with SER

As an IT Consultant at SER Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative ECM solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement customer projects, leveraging Doxis4's technical capabilities to drive success.
  • Analyze customer requirements, design and implement tailored ECM solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge ECM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new ECM solutions, working closely with the development team to drive innovation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Java, XML, and HTML, with basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience with database servers (Oracle, SQL Server) and application servers (Tomcat, Wildfly) is a plus.
  • Initial experience in project management, consulting, concept development, and solution design is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English and the ability to communicate in your local language.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
