Regional Sales Manager for Mexico Territory

As a Regional Sales Manager for Mexico Territory, you will be responsible for owning all new customer acquisition for a specific territory/client type.
You will have ultimate accountability for the successful sale of all Tambourine products into Mexico territory. You will qualify inbound leads as well as generate outbound demand, via individual prospecting efforts and directing the efforts of the business development counterpart.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
- Successful sale of all Tambourine products into Mexico territory
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound demand
- Coordinate with marketing team to optimize promotional efforts within the segment
- Participate in field up to 25% of the time, representing the company at trade shows or prospecting/selling on-site
- Meet or exceed performance/quota expectations consistently
**Essential Requirements:**
- Problem-solving skills, managing perception, and developing operational solutions at a high level
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient to Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Minimum 8 years work experience
- SAAS or Digital Solutions - sales to hotels
- 5+ years in direct B2B sales and prospecting
- Work in person at our office
