Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Manager to lead our team of Cloud Sales Representatives in engaging with our Enterprise customers. As a key member of our Engineeringuk team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, delivering revenue growth, and driving long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the career growth and development of sales teams
  • Deliver revenue growth and lead the team to retire their quota
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territory
  • Influence strategy aligned with customer's business objectives
  • Lead and influence the team to maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and business development

Requirements

  • Extensive technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience
  • Strong people management experience
  • Demonstrated record of people development
  • Experience in management of large, complex accounts, including Enterprises
  • Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree and Bachelor (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing complex lead funnels to drive accelerated revenue
  • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
