Senior Enterprise Leader Job Description

As a Senior Enterprise Leader at Mygwork, you will lead a high-impact team that drives customer and AWS growth. Our teams help accelerate our customers' transformation to the cloud and drive long-term business and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Cloud Sales Representatives engaging with Enterprise customers.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and influence strategy aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead and influence the team to maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and business development.
  • Scale through the support of Partners, Demand Generation, and Marketing.
Requirements:
  • Extensive technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • Demonstrated record of people development.
  • Experience in managing large, complex accounts, including Enterprises.
  • Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
