About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Leader to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-impact team that will drive customer and AWS growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the career growth and development of sales teams
  • Deliver revenue and lead the team to retire their quota
  • Develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territory
  • Influence strategy aligned with customer's business objectives
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and business development
  • Scale through the support of Partners, Demand Generation, and Marketing
Requirements
  • Extensive technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience
  • Strong people management experience
  • Demonstrated record of people development
  • Experience in management of large, complex accounts, including Enterprises
  • Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree and Bachelor (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing complex lead funnels to drive accelerated revenue
  • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing
