About the Role

We're seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at Avanade. As a key member of our ERP team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform business requirements into technical models and match processes to application requirements
  • Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to ensure the system meets client needs
  • Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application
  • Work with the technical team to incorporate client needs into specifications and functions
  • Document settings and prepare clients to use the system
  • Support testing the proposed system and train users

We're looking for a collaborative and consultative individual with strong consulting skills and client-facing experience. You should have a passion for learning, good business sense, and time management skills. Experience managing/leading teams is a plus, but not required.
