Job Title: Scientific Applications Specialist

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing Division is a rapidly expanding group of laboratories within the Eurofins Scientific Corporation. Our division focuses on Quality Assurance and Quality Control of consumer goods, excluding Pharma and Food products. We utilize the MS CRM system for customer data management, featuring functionalities such as Account Management, Opportunity Management, and Customer Service management. Additionally, we employ the ComLIMS software-based Laboratory Information Management System, which supports our laboratories' internal operations and facilitates cross-selling throughout our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of CRM, ComLIMS, and LIMS in labs or business units that don't currently use them.
  • Manage CRM and ComLIMS databases throughout the Division.
  • Contribute to and deploy tasks and projects assigned by your superior, related to marketing, sales, production, and business development/performance.
Requirements:
  • Business background with a degree in Biochemistry or other scientific background with strong business experience.
  • Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Fluent English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is appreciated.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Agile and structured mind, teamwork oriented.
  • Good communication skills, ability to defend your position with sound arguments.
