Your expertise in recruitment will be put to the test as you work closely with our dynamic team to understand hiring needs and job requirements. You will use both traditional and innovative methods to source and engage active and passive candidates, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client companies to potential candidates. If you have a passion for recruitment and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments. Experience in SAP/ERP, IT, Cloud Services, Engineering, Energy Transition & Transformation, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or ESG & Sustainability recruitment is a strong advantage. You will be responsible for collaborating with account managers to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate referrals, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
