We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst in Logistics to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping our warehouse logistics processes to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment, both internally and externally.
As a Logistics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming goods, warehouse operations, and shipping processes. You will also support logistics operations in Spain and Portugal, including warehouse management, inventory, and shipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming goods, warehouse operations, and shipping processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Support logistics operations in Spain and Portugal, including warehouse management, inventory, and shipment management.
- Establish and expand the organization of the logistics chain, including reception and shipment of merchandise, and management of incidents.
- Provide accounting and DMS support.
- Participate in the implementation of a new ERP and process management.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in logistics, import & export, 3PL management, and a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics, such as import/export and customs regulations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
