About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Program Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our Industrial Print Sustainability Program for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the beta program, supporting customers and resolving incidents.
  • Collect, prioritize, and propose improvement opportunities based on data and insights from customers.
  • Collaborate with teammates from different departments and functions, as well as with customers and suppliers, to define, align, and develop the next versions of the program.
  • Develop and execute the scale-up plan (technical, marketing, and communication) to accelerate program adoption throughout our customer and prospects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability/Environmental Design, Science, Engineering, digital product management, or Innovation perspective.
  • Typically, 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
