The IT and Data Product Owner for Parents and Patients will play a key role in driving the success of IT and Data products and programs within the Parents and Patients space of Danone.
This role encompasses program management across pre-defined technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), marketing automation, prescription management, e-commerce, and others.
The primary objective is to create a holistic ecosystem that supports Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Direct-to-Patient (DTP) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and Data products and programs aimed at parents and patients.
- Collaborate with IT teams on CMS, marketing automation, prescription management, and e-commerce to ensure the success of Parents and Patients programs.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Maintain a comprehensive ecosystem related to direct-to-consumer (DTC) and direct-to-pharmacy (DTP) channels.
- Coordinate with IT and Data teams in MarTech, Direct Commerce, Digital, EA, and SNU.
- Collaborate on technical implementations, data integration, and process optimization.
- Encourage alignment and synergy across diverse functions.
- Build strong relationships with business partners, IT and Data community, and maintain a good external network.
- Seek feedback and insights from parents, patients, and relevant community stakeholders.
- Advocate for patient-centric approaches throughout program development.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT and Data Product Owner who has a proven track record of leading and implementing tech and data projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or Management, and excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
The candidate should also have a proven ability to lead and implement tech and data projects, and a demonstrated ability to operate effectively within complex and matrixed organizations.
