About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Oversee the management of the warehouse team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and quality management standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably in a technical industry.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
