Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Global Named Account Finance team within Sales Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales organization with financial planning, forecasting, and business expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for our Sales organization, ensuring accurate targets and monitoring financial results.
- Support sales teams with pipeline management through Salesforce.com and manage deals from forecasting to booking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including deal teams and finance teams, to ensure informed decision-making.
- Establish relationships with other groups to support the Sales Teams and promote efficient systems and processes.
- Lead or sponsor cross-industry or cross-geography projects within Finance, especially those related to streamlining processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 5+ years finance business partnering experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to maintain high-quality standards in complex environments.
Benefits
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and more.
