Job Description
As our Head of Guest Experience and Team Leadership, you'll oversee our senior agents team, ensuring consistent service quality and driving their development through coaching, upskilling, and performance management. You'll monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure seamless coordination between internal and outsourced teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Performance Management: Provide leadership, support, and performance management to ensure consistent service quality.
- Drive the team's development, focusing on professional growth, coaching, and upskilling to meet evolving guest demands.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring service level expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead the introduction and management of an outsourced Guest Experience Team responsible for administrative tasks and 24/7 service coverage.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance improvement initiatives.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
