Sales Director Europe Job Description

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our efforts in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading provider of non-invasive surgical treatment in neuro, oncology/bone and urology.

Responsibilities:

  • Define annually the region's business goals (orders and sales), per quarter and per country, and manage the sales team.
  • Develop sales strategies for the three commercially released products: UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone.
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities for the current and following years.
  • Work with the VP marketing and product managers to define marketing plans for the region.
  • Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement and work with the reimbursement team to define a reimbursement strategy.
  • Support the VP regulatory in preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of capital medical devices in Europe, with familiarity with the Neurosurgery market.
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market.


Key Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
