About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Executive to join our team in Alicante. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial targets are met for sales, GPV, and EBIT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a trading plan for respective markets to achieve financial year targets.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, content, and marketing teams to align marketing calendars with key trading periods.
  • Work with retail and marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned.
  • Manage onsite content and digital marketing imagery.
  • Ensure accurate content and translation of e-commerce email communication.
  • Create briefs and work with merchandisers, production teams, and design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Determine enhancements and upgrades required for international digital marketing infrastructure.
  • Complete product copy with 100% accuracy to maximize sales and SEO.
  • Develop and improve social media strategy for the fascia across multiple social channels.
  • Monitor competitors and inspiration sources to report to the wider team.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency across all digital channels.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from all marketing touch points to purchase.
  • Report on performance for local market net sales, GP%, conversion, and sessions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Conscientious, organized, and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working.
  • Previous experience working in the retail industry or other fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
  • Bilingual or Native Dutch. C1 of English.
