About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Executive to join our team at JD Sports. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving commercial targets and ensuring the success of our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a trading plan to meet commercial targets, working closely with the digital lead and cross-functional teams.
- Manage onsite content and digital marketing imagery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure accurate content and translation of e-commerce email communication, including order confirmations and delivery notifications.
- Create briefs and work with merchandisers, production teams, and design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Help determine enhancements and upgrades to the international digital marketing infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
- Complete product copy with 100% accuracy to maximize sales and SEO.
- Run and improve the social media strategy for the fascia across multiple social channels.
- Continually monitor competitors and inspiration sources to report to the wider team.
- Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency across all digital channels.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from all marketing touch points to purchase.
- Report on performance for local market net sales, GP%, conversion, and sessions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Conscientious, organized, and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working.
- Previous experience working in the retail industry or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
- The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
- Bilingual or Native Dutch. C1 of English.
