Key Responsibilities- Trading Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive trading plan that aligns with our commercial targets.
- Work closely with our merchandising, content, and marketing teams to ensure that our marketing calendar is aligned with key trading periods.
- Collaborate with our retail and marketing teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned and optimized for maximum impact.
- Content Management
- Manage onsite content and digital marketing imagery to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Ensure that all e-commerce email communication is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with our merchandisers, production teams, and design teams to manage workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze key website metrics, including visitor numbers, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Work with our performance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best-in-class digital customer acquisition techniques.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our digital lead to implement best-in-class digital customer acquisition techniques.
- Deputise for other markets on a short-term basis as required.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Conscientious, Organized, and Thorough with a Drive to Constantly Improve Ways of Working
- Previous Experience Working in the Retail Industry or Other Fast-Paced Environments
- The Ability to Have a Strong Impact and Influence Key Decisions
- Bilingual or Native Dutch
