Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Vanderlande's requirements.
- Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process from negotiation to material receipt and invoice review, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Quality Assurance: Verify engineering specifications and ensure received offers are technically correct in collaboration with engineering and the Project Manager.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication, identify improvement points, and implement departmental improvements.
- University degree or higher education, preferably in technical engineering.
- Advanced level of English (French is highly valuable).
- Knowledge in procurement management.
- 2 years of similar tasks, ideally with experience in engineering or having worked in another engineering company.
- Ability to take initiative and make autonomous decisions.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts.
- High organizational and planning capacity.
- Process monitoring and improvement skills.
- 22 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays).
- Hybrid Workplace.
