Job Summary

Nordex Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee in Human Resources: Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee in Human Resources: Training and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Training and Development team to create and implement training plans and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and events to support employee development and engagement.
  • Support the development of training materials, including presentations, reports, and other resources.
  • Participate in international projects focused on training and development, and contribute to the creation of new initiatives and training actions.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports using Canva and Power Point, and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Relations, Psychology, or Applied Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Canva, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Minimum English language proficiency of C1 level.
