About the Role:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Project Integration Specialist to join our team in Pamplona, Spain. As a key member of our Technology, Engineering, and Innovation department, you will be responsible for developing hydrogen projects that integrate hybrid wind, PV, green hydrogen, and e-fuel synthesis systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the engineering scope of one or few projects from design to Ready to Build, ensuring seamless integration of component blocks, including renewable energy, hydrogen generation, synthesis, and cooling systems.
  • Collaborate with ANGH technology experts and local engineering and EPC companies to adapt each block to local conditions.
  • Interface with Nordex Wind resources in Sales and PM/EPC to provide technical data and cost inputs for precise modeling of target KPIs.
  • Critically review and propose changes to improve KPIs and enable easier permitting.
  • Coordinate the preparation of plant design and concept studies with selected Engineering firms.
  • Provide technical information to the development department for permitting, land owners, Institutional Relations, Government, and public authorities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technical or project management areas in renewable energy or chemical engineering.
  • Experience in hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, or other e-fuels, wind energy, solar PV utility scale, battery storage, or languages such as French, English, and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical and independent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and good MS Office knowledge.
