Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Lady Elizabeth School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for the use of technology in both academic and infrastructural systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the school's educational goals and objectives.
  • Support the school's technology strategic plan and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in technology integration and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on technology-related matters to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the professional development of staff on technology integration and ensure that all educators and students have access to appropriate technology tools.
  • Ensure the safe and responsible use of network and other technology resources.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of technology programs and services at the school.
  • Coordinate the setup and installation of new equipment for staff and students.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance work to ensure optimal technology performance.
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources to support strategic priorities.
  • Provide leadership in the purchase and acquisition of new technology and equipment.
  • Develop and monitor annual instructional technology and technology operations budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of equipment and resources.
  • Represent the school professionally in interactions with stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and technology integration, with experience in developing and implementing technology strategies. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders.
