About the Role

You will be responsible for managing global client relationships, particularly across sectors with a focus on social media campaigns. You will play a key role in developing and executing projects that engage audiences and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the agency delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, focusing on social media campaigns. Ensure seamless delivery, collaborating with creative, strategy, and production teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Social Media Expertise: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance across key platforms. Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Communication and Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports. Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Use insights and data to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Sector Experience: Leverage your experience working with clients from various industries (e.g., beauty, retail, fashion, healthcare, technology) to bring fresh ideas that resonate across diverse markets. Provide strategic insights to clients on how best to position their brands across different sectors and global markets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management experience in a creative or digital agency, with a strong background working on global accounts.
  • Proven experience managing social media projects, from strategy and content creation to execution, production, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, including platforms, tools, analytics, and influencer engagement.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
