**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing and the ability to execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Collaborate with the global digital growth team to tailor campaigns for regional resonance and optimization.
  • Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.
  • Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline. Ensure regional considerations are factored into global marketing initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with regional digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Marketing Degree or Certifications Preferred
  • 2 years' experience in a Marketing position
  • Proven experience in analyzing data from various direct marketing projects, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills in using data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions that drive marketing effectiveness
